Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied, you may return it for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please email customer service at support@yogaaddicts.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, then mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least five (5) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
EXCEPTIONS
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Damages and issues: Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, or damaged, or you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately with photos and/or videos so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
- Gift cards: Unfortunately, we do not accept credits/refunds/returns on gift cards.
- Custom products and personal care goods: These items are non-returnable.
For defective or damaged products, please contact us at support@yogaaddicts.com to arrange a refund or exchange.
Please Note:
- A 5% restocking fee will be charged for all returns.
- Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
- The general average time frame from the receipt of a refunded item to the issuance of a refund can range from 3 days to approximately 15 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your refund, please contact us at support@yogaaddicts.com.
Classes Refund/Credit Policy
At Yoga Addicts™, we strive to provide the best yoga experience for our community. Due to our commitment to maintaining small, personalized class sizes, we have established the following policy regarding cancellations and refunds:
CLASS CANCELLATIONS
- 48-Hour Notice: If you cancel your class at least 48 hours in advance, you will receive a credit towards a future class. No refunds will be issued.
- Less Than 48-Hour Notice: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the class are not eligible for a credit or refund.
NO SHOWS
- If you do not attend a scheduled class and do not provide notice, no credit or refund will be issued.
SPECIAL EVENTS AND WORKSHOPS
- 7-Day Notice: For special events and workshops, cancellations made at least 7 days in advance will receive a credit towards a future event. No refunds will be issued.
- Less Than 7-Day Notice: Cancellations made within 7 days of the event are not eligible for a credit or refund.
MEMBERSHIPS AND PACKAGES
- Monthly Memberships: Cancellations of monthly memberships require a 30-day notice. No refunds will be issued, but prorated credits may be applied toward future classes or memberships.
- Class Packages: Unused classes in a package are non-refundable but may be transferred to another person or used within the package's validity period.
EXCEPTIONS
- In case of medical emergencies or other extraordinary circumstances, please contact us directly. We will review each situation on a case-by-case basis to determine if a credit can be issued.
