Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.

WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?

We offer various shipping options. In some cases, a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.

Free Shipping:

We offer free Standard shipping on all orders.

After we have packed your order, we will send you an email that includes a tracking number so you can see where your package is and when it will arrive. We provide free worldwide standard shipping. At checkout, you will have the option to choose from several shipping methods:

  • Standard Shipping: This option is free and available for both Canada and the US.
  • Regular Insurable Tracking Rate: This option costs $19.99 USD and provides insurance for standard products.
  • Custom Product Insurable Shipping: This option is available for custom product orders and costs $49.00 USD worldwide, offering insurance to protect against loss or damage during shipping. Select the shipping option that best suits your needs to ensure your package is protected.

DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?

We offer international shipping to the following countries:

  • Canada
  • United States

Free Standard shipping is valid on domestic international orders but not on custom orders.

Please note, we may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries, and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will be responsible for any such additional costs or taxes.

ARE THERE OTHER SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS?

Orders only ship on business days, which are Monday - Friday.

PRODUCTION AND SHIPPING TIMES

  • Production Time: 3-7 business days.
  • Shipping Time: 3-14 business days.

Please note that times may vary for many reasons, including but not limited to customs delays, carrier issues, or other unforeseen circumstances. Refer to your tracking information for the most up-to-date status of your order. If your order has not been received within 30 days, please contact us and we will investigate the status of your shipment.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?

If delivery is delayed for any reason, we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.
